NO. They configure these devices so that when you have a ton of receptacles or cord caps on a job or any location, you cant plug a 125A device in a 240v device or visa versa causing a potential hazard.

Like most everyone stated, best way to tell is test your gravity. I like to check mine 2 days with a break in the middle. I like making yeast starters with wort 1.040+. IMO

I just soak them in Star San. It requires only 30 seconds of contact time and does not require rinsing. Unlike other no-rinse sanitizers, Star San will not contribute off-flavors at higher than recommended concentrations.
It was strange that it finished so quickly. What was the OG? One thing that I recommend is creating a yeast starter.
