The stupidest comment on your beer

not about my brew but still funny... i had a waiter trying to tell me that he thought Sam Adams "Adds hops just for the sake of adding more hops" yeah because hops are so cheap, why not just throw some more in.

American IPA Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) & Extract

i pulled a sample after this has been on the gas for almost a week, it taste great but it is a lot lighter than the pictures others have posted. it also has some chill haze that im hoping will wear off soon.

How easy is filling commercial (Sanke) kegs?

i use both, sankes are not easy to come by, i got lucky when i got mine, cornys are cheap, easy to use and even easier to clean. they are also smaller . i like my ball lock better then the sanke for sure.

another thing ive wondered about is the ibu calculated with beersmith. how accurate is the ibu given you cant set up the recipe for continuously hoppped wort with beersmith.

American IPA Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) & Extract

maybe this has been answered already but what is the advantage of the continuous hopping. could you get close to same results with doing normal hop additions. by the way this has been on the gas for a few days now, ill let you know how it comes out when i give it a try.

from northern brewer "Product Description A 30 minute soak in B-Brite removes fermentation residues and organic deposits. Contains no chlorine. A very popular percarbonate SANITIZER. Use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water." ive used it alone for my first 45 gallons without an infection before...
