Jai Alai IPA from Cigar City, FUBAR from 5x5 Brewing Co., Maduro Brown Ale from Cigar City, and Peanut Butter Milk Stout from Left Hand Brewing Co. Been alternating between these the last few weeks.

Got on the board for 2021 with my first brew day, 10 gal dunkelweizen.

229+10 gal dunkelweizen = 239

Yesterday watched foootball and enjoed some craft beer with the wife. Today will go get some RO and set up gear for tomorrow's brewday. First one of 2021 so I'm excited.

Yesterday, Dunkelweizen recipe from NB. Just in time for brewday on Monday.

It's charged with external CO2 cartridge, to date I haven't had any oxidation issues with the mancan.

Bottled and kegged 10 gal batch of AHS Texas Red. ABV came in a bit higher @ 6.2 instead of 5.6. Was very smooth and balanced. Ukegs should be ready by this weekend.

Devil's Silk Imperial Stout from NB with vanilla bean addition on the last two weeks

Not bad, let me know how it turns out. I wish I had done a double batch. I'm down to about a 12 pack left.
