    I cleaned my keezer, and forgot to put the probe for my stc back in and I went to pour a beer a couple days later and realized my mistake. I live nowhere near a homebrew shop so I slant my yeast and there all frozen. Do u guys think I should defrost and reslant them all or just let them defrost...
