There is very little coaching stability in international soccer in general, not just England or Mexico. The US are an anomaly in that regard.

I 100% agree with this. The youth system, even at the lowest level, is broken and it won't be fixed any time soon. Way too many people are making a ton of money off it as it stands. There are a lot of people out there doing absolutely nothing but hosting tournaments and making a killing...
