    gelatin for kegging

+1 for gelatin. Super easy. Super cheap. As for the original post, I must concur that I do believe there was a bit more trub and particulates transferred to the keg than you think. Try the idea mentioned with getting those suspended again and tip/pour a pint or two for "research" reasons.

    Kegerator

+1 for leaving it outside. Multiple reasons...some personal, some for ease of access, some for space beer. To hide it, build a box to go around it, have enough hose to put it behind, pretty much use your imagination...whatever works best for your situation.

Still making bad beer after 30+ batches.

A great thread. I love how everyone is chiming in on helping the OP out. That's what the brewing community has over other "business's". That said, (shameless but helpful plug), I am half of a growing podcast called Brewnology. Myself and my co-host Jason are both BJCP ranked judges and...

    Best Brewery Tour/Brewery jokes

I have toured Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee several times. Great tour each and every time. I have been fortunate to get a different tour guide on each one also. My favorite was a tour with a guide, I believe his name was John, big burly fellow with a beard and suspenders. Great visual...

    Multiple Fermentations...at once

Huaco has a great idea here. Honestly, I do remember hearing about it but couldn't place it. I understand the water bottle idea is not going to work. Sorry to bring that up; my bad. I use that for my kegerator and it works...that must have been my train of thought and I didn't catch it...

    Multiple Fermentations...at once

Just wondering everyone's thoughts on this idea. I am going to re-purpose a full size fridge that I have at home. In doing so, I was thinking about building in a shelf system that should allow me to ferment at least 4 6 gallon carboys at once. My concern is temp control. I was wondering...
