West Coast "C's" IPA hop advice??

I always use the 5.2 because I don't know the ph of my water and have never gotten a report. I think of it as cheap insurance in case my water ph is messed up I don't think it's that expensive, I bought a tub of it and it's lasted about 2 years now.

    Down Under Hops??

OK, cool. what sort of flavor / aroma did you get with the Galaxy? when and how much did you add them? I really don't want them to outshine the Nelson Sauvin's as they are in one of my favorite IPA's.

    Calculating honey in Beersmith

Seems like it does not change my estimated abv or OG. I have added 3 lbs in a 10 gal all grain batch & it does not change these ##'s. I have changed the tab from add after boil from checked to unchecked & it just changed IBu's. Does anyone have any idea how many points this will add to my...

    Fruit Beer Blood Orange Hefeweizen

I will give it a shot. Kind of wanted to do a cross between your lemon-lime and the blood orange. I did a "mix" of yeast before w/ 3068 & US 05 and the 3068 was very dominant......seemed like it was all 3068....maybe because it's such a fast aggressive ferment???
