    We found 3 of these inside the wall of our 1890's house in Maine. They are about 6 inches tall. I was thinking it may be a children's toy bowling game? Any other ideas?

    Your favorite Kolsch recipe with 34/70 and American hops?

    A Kolsch yeast would be a better choice. I use WY2565 fermented at 60F and then lagered. I do use wheat in my recipe: 83% Pils, 10% Wheat, 7% Munich Light. Crystal hops are great in Kolsch too.

    That is the correct dosage. In smaller amounts, use 6 ml per gallon. Also it's easiest to use a small syringe from the pharmacy for measuring.
