When we were kids, we went through a phase where eggs and soy sauce were the best thing ever. One day we ran out of soy sauce. Eggs and whatsthisheresauce became the best thing ever.

Drank one tonight. Very nice. The chocolate is right there, like cocoa. It's really as if cocoa was a beer. The taste finishes so clean. It's carbonated to style. This yeast did an honest job. Five stars. Will use more.

I follow all the locals across social media. I give positive feedback when they post beers I like.

I've been to the brewery. It's pretty much the only way to get most, and often times any, of their beers. They used to be at Specs, World Market, Central Market, and Goody Goody, but something happened with distribution. It's too bad. Every style they make is truly uniquely to their style.

I once joked about brewing a birdseed beer. Then I learned beer has been brewed with birdseed for ages.

I knew a guy who said scrapegoat instead of scapegoat. Don't remember how it ever came up but we would create reasons for him to say it.

I drank two Red Bridge last night. Very good. More sweet than malty. My first thought was sweet. Then immediately floral with a fruitiness, but not citrus or any identifiable fruit. No metallic taste. Didn't taste like wine.
