    Pistol's ESB

I've been looking for a quick, good recipe to boost my stockpile. This might be it…

    Steelers labels

Yeah, not really a football fan. But I do love making labels for football fans!

    Steelers labels

It is a Roland PC-60. It uses resin ribbons to print. I can also transfer full color from a laser printer onto the film. I am an art director for a health and beauty products company. We do lots of clear label mockups. Just another perk of the job, besides all the free hand sanitizer!

    Please critique

I agree about the bird crapping out the name. I did a quick mockup for you for an idea.

They are on clear film ;) We have a printer at work that will print white and metallics onto clear film. Very handy.

    Steelers labels

We do a secret santa gift exchange at work. I got a lady who is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan, specifically Ben Roethlisberger. So, I made her some custom labels for my bombers. We have the Pittsburgh Porter with chocolate and cherries and the Big Ben Brown Ale. Turned out pretty good.

Winter brewing - fermenting around 60 deg?

I have been wondering about this myself. My basement is around 55 over the winter so I was thinking about giving a lager a shot. Any recommendations for an extract/partial recipe?

    Label Removal Thread

I've had no problem with hot water and soap. Usually save some up and throw them in the dish water after the dishes are done. Schlafly labels fall off easily.

    Siphoning with the Carboy Cap

I just added some caps to my wish list. This method sounds great. Especially since I pushed a stopper into my carboy with my last batch. Slippery little suckers.

What can I expect from this American IPA hop schedule?

I have been looking for and extract IPA for my 3rd batch. Let me know how this turns out.

The grey tap for smoke is a nice touch.

    Another St. Louis Brewer

University City actually. I have one batch bottled and one ready to be bottled. So far so good. I've been thinking about checking out one of the local groups. Any thoughts on them?
