So, if I have it correct, hard copper pipe with SS fittings is ok to do. My only real concern is the oxidation on the exterior of the copper tubing? What about the interior of the tubing? Will any oxidation on the interior of the tubing impart an off taste? Is that correct?

It seems to me that it may be a pain in the rear to conduct inspections that frequently. Maybe I should go back and reconsider the SS tubing option.
