2019 Alchemist Beelzebub. So good ! I remember buying these beers when my daughter turned just about 1. Drinking small samples around the brewery holding her while she dropped gold fish all over the floor and a golden retriever just followed us around eating all the dropped gold fish

My starters are typically made ~36 hours prior to pitch. I just dump the whole homogenous starter into the wort.
