    she's bubbling! I think it was just too cold at first. the yeast min temp was 64 and it was at 64, its now aroun 68 and starting to foam, and bubbling quite a bit!

    yeah i knew the raspberry would be very prominent, so how would i go about adding more of a pear flavor? and make it sweeter? and do i just add the rehydrated concentrate directly in the carboy with the rest of the juices?

    i have an IPA bottled, and its been sitting for about a week now and barely any carbonation has happened, should i just keep waiting? 3 week minimum?
