Does the flavor normally change a bit after the full 2 weeks in the bottles? They have been bottled for 1 week and 2 days. When it was a little warmer then the cold it was pretty good but seemed a little more bitter then the cold one. Thanks

Welp they both actually tasted really good. I like the chilled a little better but surprisingly they both taste pretty good. I'm having a few friends over and they all are going to taste it and let me know what they think. I'm having about 10 friends and family try it and see how others...

Sorry my computer froze and it looks like it posted twice on accident.

So I finally cracked open a bottle of my first home brew. Here are some pics. Ended up being 5.5% alc. It tasted great and was smooth. Have two in the fridge to get cold so I can try it good and chilled. Surprisingly no sediment either in the bottle. (It was one of the first bottles too so...

So my brew has been in the fermenter for 3 weeks now. It's bubbling every 3 mins spot on right now. Hoping to be able to bottle it in the next few days. The anticipation kills me, where whiskey used to ferment in 7-14 days, beer is taking quite a bit longer. Hoping for a decent turn...

So far I've been watching YouTube, reading forums, and looking at recipies and the procedure for that brew.
