Ok so I took a sample and right now I'm at 60% attenuation. OG 1.084 NOW 1.033. I'll recheck in two days and see where I'm at. Once I'm about 70%-80% should I ramp it up a few degrees over a period of a day or two or just set the thermostat and let it do it's thing?

I recently brewed the Pliny kit from Morebeer a few days ago. I didn't realize I needed to boil only the hops for the first 30 minutes so I ended up boiling the malt for 90 minutes. Is this going to hurt the beer? Right now I have it in a fermentation chamber at 67 F and used wlp0001 yeast.

Ok so I just steep the grains at 155 degrees, for how long do you recommend?

I'm looking for a good Sierra Nevada Pale Ale recipe. I'd like to do a mini mash with steeping grains. I've looked at a few recipe's posted here but they all seem to be all grain. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
