Another nice Midwest beer. But, and call me old-fashioned, if you are going to name your beer “Drivin’ that Haze” Hazy IPA, that it should, you know, be hazy?
Edit: Spoke too soon. All the Haze it at the bottom of the can. Carry on, Destihl Brewery.
We have and foster French Bulldogs and our most recent foster was just transitioned to her new family. They are who provided the Fort Collins beer. The new IPA and the foster - Blanche.
Ended up canceling a work trip to Vermont, so I’ll miss out on those beers. But, did get a couple beers from the Ft. Collins area. First one Coco Porter from DC Oakes.
Starting to get a little chill in the air. Going Rogue tonight. Heading to VT on Sunday for a weeklong work conference, looking forward to some of that states beer (Hill Farmstead, Alchemist, etc.). Will be visiting Snow Republic on Thursday but will be the only one I’ll be able to actually visit.
Drinking local for brunch - Flagship IPA (Texas mule - with Tito’s and a Shirley Temple) from Upstream Brewing in Omaha. With the oldest daughter graduating last spring we no longer are spending every Saturday in a HS gym for volleyball (although, I would do it all over again).
And now a hazy IPA.
Nights are longer so it’s puzzle weather. And since this was my un-choice of drinks Monday evening, I think I’ll dive more into the Rogue variety pack.
