Expensive Chicken Wings w/ Fast Food Pizza

We do this too. The secret is the mayo, odd as it sounds.

Expensive Chicken Wings w/ Fast Food Pizza

Yeah they were all baby racks and I told them 3 pigs. I think they were impressed?

Expensive Chicken Wings w/ Fast Food Pizza

My daughters are just kinda realizing that meat come from animals. Like, an actual animal they've seen. They're generally okay with the concept, but the other day we cooked 6 racks of ribs for a birthday party, and one them asked how many pigs this came from! I got to thinking about it . . .

Is my old stuff still good?

Agree on the tubing. Sometimes I'll throw mine out instead of cleaning it!

    Random Picture Thread

We had 1.5 jars of JIf we discovered yesterday morning. o_O My daughter didn't quite understand why we couldn't have PB&J for breakfast. We did find a reserve jar of Skippy, which is okay.

    All Grain or kegging?

I can't remember what I did first. I think I did a few batches of partial boil mash and then starting kegging, and then went All-grain. But I'd vote kegging for you. Something about having your beer on tap seems so much more legit. Depending on your fridge situation, it could have a...

    Chicken flavored Beer

I guess this makes the modern trend of Lacto-IPA and Milkshake beers seem relatively normal. o_O

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

I would buy a 4-seat Corvette. Electric or not. Oh wait. :ban:

Is this a post of an article quoting a Reddit post? That strikes me as dividing by zero or something o_O

    Smoked prime rib

I really want to try this some time. A friend of mine has done a couple using the Thermoworks method, with the freezer and all that. https://blog.thermoworks.com/beef/science-of-perfect-prime-rib-roast/ I'm curious, but I'm going to wait on beef prices to come down . . .

More salami in the chamber of meatiness

Oh man, I've started going down the sausage-making rabbit hole. God help me . . . My wife isn't even surprised anymore. I guess sausage making (and homebrewing) are cheaper than a mistress? Or a sports car, which i'm working on too . . .

Looks almost too nice to brew in!

have you tried fermenting and serving from the same keg without transferring?

I'm not the guy you replied to, but I dry hopped in a keg once with loose leaf hops. It was just as bad as you'd imagine, as far as plugging and such were concerned. So I always use a bag now when dry-hopping in the keg. Some sort of overcompensation for past transgressions. :ghostly:

    The Grocery Store Challenge

MY grocery store has beer. Can I brew with that? :drunk:

Why do amber/brown ales always taste like metal?

I don't know, but I get this from time to time. Generally when the beer is past its prime.

how about a meme generator thread...

I grew up on a farm, but the nearest (small) town did a siren at noon and 6:00 pm. I always thought it was to let kids know it was time to go home for lunch/supper. I think they still do it. I'm not 100% positive, though.

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

Airplane wings are quite easy to remove. It's getting them back on that's the difficult part.

have you tried fermenting and serving from the same keg without transferring?

This is the thought I keep having. Seems like I'm going to short myself some beer. But your point makes more sense. I've got three kegs in my fridge, from many months back. And it's just me drinking it 98% of the time. The time saved and ease of use would likely make this well worth while.

Corn is a grass, botanically speaking . . . :mug:
