    I didnt use BeerSmith, I used the brew builder on Brewmasters Warehouse. Acording to it the og should be around 1.057.

    Im no exspert but id say let em age for a while. They should get better with age and the beer may still be a little green.

    Here is another question is it ok to rack a beer out of the primary and put a new beer striaght back on the yeast and trub for fermenting? Or will the trub cause off flavors?
