The flying saucer is close. They are good folks there. I dont know if they still do it but tues nights used to be 2.00 pint nights. The last time I was in there they had alot on tap and a large bottle selection as well. The food there is hit or miss. But the beer is good as is the conversation.

Go for a large gazebo so that you have coverage,roof, for when it rains and you still want to chill. Its all very doable it just depends on money and well money. But is is a cool idea for filling an empty yard. it would also mean alot less grass to mow.;)

Dont worry its fine. Dry yeast can take alot. And room temps wouldnt even begin to be exstream enuff to do damage.

I tend not to have an issue with guilt. SWMBO drinks but has just requested that I save a bottle or 2 out of each of my batches she cant have. I figure Ill do 2 outa each so that when she can drink again we can sample em togeather. Plus it will be an exsperiament in ageing some of my beers...
