What temp are you keeping the bottles at? If your temp is below 70f it will take longer to carb. My typical bottle carbing sched is 3 weeks @ 70-75F and even then some times it needs to go another week.

Why not just spend the money since its a memorial tat and get a portrait done. if I really wanted to "honor" someone I would go all out and spend a good bit to get the best portrait I could. Just my 2 cents.

To be honest i have no idea about the color, I dont think you would get to be to light even with that much whirfloc added. I would however think that it might effect the body of your beer some. It may seem kind of thin for a stout. But I am no expert sooo you need to be sure to post back the...
