    This has nothing to do with AHS, however in the book "Beer Captured" the authors note that they contacted breweries in their quest to capture the beer. So, I'll assume that for some they were able to collaborate. Either way, I'm curious to get an official answer.

    Potential problems caused by swirling?

    Both of my beers are stuck at 1.019 and it's supposed to be down to 1.013. My apartment is a little on the chilly side and my thermometer says it's 62. I'm moving it to a warmer spot and I gave it a swirls. Let's see how it goes.

    What's the most brew days you've had in a month?

    I have made five 5-gallon batches since I started brewing on January 6th. I wanted to hurry up and get a lot of beer in the making so I can have a good pipeline to enjoy. I'll probably slow down to one or two a month once I get a fair amount of drinkable beer.
