    Mega Brew Day - Tips/Suggestions?

    My only suggestion is because of my mistakes and shortcomings - clearly write down your recipe and plan. It is easy (for me) to get caught up, tired, umm ... Inebriated, and cross recipes or bottling quantities together. Hope u have a gr8 brewday!

    New To Brewing Capper Questions

    I enjoy using my Super Agata bench capper. It has a quick adjustment feature that accommodates different bottle sizes. It goes for around $40 American. The deciding factor for me was ease of use since I planned to be bottling for some time ( can't afford kegging setup ... Yet).
