    I have a stainless steel stone diffusion stone that has a small bit of surface rust on it. I got the stone in the Oxygenator kit and I've used it once. Is it normal for these stones to rust even if they are stainless?

    Yes, I'm a fan of Beersmith as well but the sparging stuff drives me nuts. And yes, I am batch sparging. How do modify the sparge value without modifying the mash in and mash out ratios? I like my percentages with the 19# grain mill but not with the 25# grain bill.
