I don't know what type of hops it is to be fair, but I've been served an IPA that I swear taste like dirty dish water.

I have a doozy actually...I was at a local tour and THAT GUY decided he wanted to fill up his beer glass by opening the fermenter and then..AND THEN...didn't know how to close it. It spilled quite a bit before anyone noticed the ground getting more soaked with beer than normal and letting...

I guess I just give it a little swirl for maybe 30 seconds and never had a problem. I have even had active fermentation thats led to blow offs in the past. *shrug*

Even if these tabs did work, why pay money for something you can do for free thats not even hard or very time consuming?

For me the worst part about being drunk on a brew day is trying to get it all cleaned up once its done. No one is motivated to clean THAT MUCH while drunk...at least no one I know. Then the next time you brew everything is dirty as hell and have been sitting around, or completely disorganized...

You could easily make this an IPA its really more of a preference on what do you WANT to use? Maybe try this out...and others please put your input in as well. I used this type of hop schedule before and got a pretty juice IPA out of it. 10lbs 2-row .5 lb crystal 60L 0.5 oz (14 g) Nugget...

When you get this thing in action take a video, it would be awesome to see it work.

Well damn, I just brew outside in my driveway and my stove is a turkey fryer and my sink is a water hose. I need to step it up.

If your not bottling it thats even better. Say I was wrong and it is infected you won't have to worry about bottle bombs or anything. So if it taste/smells good you should be solid man.
