Hoppy can do it to you. I have acid reflux and highly hopped beers will keep me up all night. Usually the issue I have with HB is big time farts. I'll sit up watching TV and toot up a symphony.:D (sic)

tbone, as a life long volunteer firefighter(25+ yrs) I commend you for your dedication. However, you will find that there are some calls you can opt out of, I'm thinking wires down, pump outs etc. Not to deminish the importance of those type of calls, but if you are in the middle of a brew day...

I've averaged a brewday every 2 wks this year so that should put me around the 100 to 150 range. Pretty much done for this year.

I have found I like all of Saranac's offerings. I tend to alternate between them and SA's seasonal 12 packs for my commercial drinking. Had their Oatmeal Stout last night.

Coke tanks are usually painted red and are embosed with the name Coke(I have one) It was given to me and I called around some and noone will touch it because it is the property of Coke. I just use mine to purge corneys and when it runs out I'll junk it.

For some reason this one hit me hard. I think these scumbags should be subjected to the same type of beating that little girl went through. There is no excuse in the world that can be used to justify treating a small, defensless child in this manner. I hope they rot in jail.

Getting to them before anything can dry is a big plus. I run water through my hoses after every use, either by using my autosiphon and a bucket of clean water or by holding under the hot water tap on my sink. I used to have a tubing brush but it was too flimsy and never worked all that well.
