    You're right man...the patience and waiting is the hardest part, especially at the beginning. My advice is to get a good pipeline going....I try to brew every 2-3 weeks, so I always have something new to try. Do some searches for 'green beer' and read about all of the poor results people get...

    Guys, Running out of room in the house to store beer. I just bottled a double IPA tonight. I added DME for carb, batch primed. Question is, my garage gets to be 90-95 degrees some days when it's 100 outside. Is that too warm to condition? Thanks. Ron

    Hey Guys, I sanitized a batch of bottles today in Starsan solution, and they are drying on a sanitized bottle tree. I broke my siphon and need to grab one at the LHBS tomorrow. Can I just bottle tomorrow, or should I re-sanitize the bottles first? Thanks, Ron
