    Hey guys I would love to get some input on my first beer label. Any criticisms, thoughts or suggestions are very welcome! I have tried the "oz." and "abv" at the bottom with the "Bavarian Weizen" up higher also, so that's also a possibility.

    Normal Krausen?

    I was away this weekend and this stuff smells VERY strong of bananas. I'm guessing it might have gotten a little warmer than i wanted it to while I was gone. If I remember correctly, warmer fermentation brings out more esters. Right? It's a wheat beer so I'm going straight to my bottling...

    Fermentation ended but krausen hasnt fallen

    I currently have my first batch (wheat beer) in the fermenter, the krausen is still sitting on top, but it seems that the fermentation has ended (no bubbles in airlock) yes I know this is a bad indication but science says there must be some air escaping if fermentation is still occurring.
