    I'm not sure if I'm stating the obvious, but the thermowell is a enclosed brass tube, its not like an open straw. That's not to say it wont leak if you don't apply Teflon tape to the threads before you screw it into the FF. Just don't over tighten it or you can damage the plastic threads. To...
