Bump. How are you attaching the compression fitting? That looks like a 1/2 MPT (brass) but don't know what you are threading on.

I have never seen a nipple like that. It looks like you pass the tubing through and attach the stone. How do you get it to seal? Do you do a recirc? If you are not oxygenating the entire time, how do you keep wort from traveling down to you O2 tank?

I am also in Upstate NY and on yr two of my hops. I have not seen any shoots but I put manure and mulch last week so something might have popped up in the interim. I have some wild hops growing around me and I have not seen any shoots on them. How was your yield last year?

Will be picking mine up tomorrow night. My little brew room is essentially set up. I will likely brew a larger "starter" (and store the wort for starters) to do a dry run. Plan to brew a pilsener first (just built a stir plate and have a starter on it now - WLP800). Will post pics and a review.

SP Could you post pics of what your cable looks like? I will likely do the wiring myself since I don't want to delay the finishing of my brewmation. It will essentially be an extension cord with a GFCI in it.
