    So, this is a fermentation chamber, if I don't have a heater, how do you maintain the correct temperature? The temperature controller is a dual, one for heat and one for cool. If the cool is the only thing plugged in then how do you heat up to maintain temp? Thanks, SteveG

    Desperately trying to find way to connect wort chiller to sink...

    I have a friend who had the same kind of problem. He ended up adding a valve under the sink. That's probably the easiest thing to do if you are handy. The specialty sinks don't usually come with the hose connections. I hope this helps. SteveG
