I'm bad at taking pictures but bay scallop season down here has been another good one. All we can handle and they taste excellent. Gag Grouper season opens soon and plan on doing some 400ft trips and some shallow trolling. Not sure what's more fun lol. But I'll try to remember pics.

Yes it runs a tic over 27 amps. I ordered a 5500w but he sent me a 6500w. Maybe a mixed batch? But with both pumps running and the element, it hasn't been a problem (in testing just water). But is bloody fast I need more testing and timing before I brew. I am trying different methods for...

Another thing that has me scratching my head about this meter is the leads on the donut are green, the leads from the unit that the donut connect to are red and black. The connector on the unit for the 2 power wires is green. Not confusing at all lol

Yep that's makes sense. Wiring it the way my book has it would be the same as the red text you have. Good stuff

Yes correct, each spade or tab is 120, left and right side of the contactor. The coil side is 120 too of course.

Little help wiring up a DVA 120. The instructions from auber ins. has the 2 wires for voltage on either end of a heater: I am using this guide and it has the wires to the 240 side of the main power contactor: I don't know if I care what the power going to the heater is doing. Just concerned...

Would reversing that work as well?, jar with the blowoff tube has no liquid, and it pushes CO2 into the 2nd jar with liquid and that jar bubbles?

I saw the NorCal one and probably will go with that. I use their triclover mason jars lids for my conical to catch yeast and such and it's well made. The bands can be bought at Ace pretty easily around here. I'm sure I have a box of them somewhere
