That’s 4.5% development and 11.8% weight loss. I would bet they are still greenish but we’ll see.

My MIL literally fills her cup 3/4 of the way with creamer before adding coffee

I tried that once. It’s ok but I could taste the CO2. If you can do nitrogen that’s the way to go. Nitro cold brew is great!

The behmor instructions suggested using simple green. I used a Clorox wipe and then a wet cloth followed by a dry run.

    Making a white colored cider.

Try lots of oats and wheat like a NEIPA. It will probably just look like cloudy cider though.

I just really want to try a geisha and don’t know of any place in Oklahoma that would offer it. If there was a place it would probably cost as much to buy 1 cup as it would for me to buy 1 pound. Overall it is less than a 5 gallon batch of beer and I have screwed up many of those LOL.

Yes, on Comedy Central. IDK I just imagine that it will have subtle notes that I will burn out of the beans and it will just taste like any other coffee but I will have paid 3 times more for it. I will take notes and report back.

I’m glad you like it. That was the legacy farms honey process bourbon. I usually go with a darker roast on that one and I get a smooth chocolate flavor. I don’t have the best palate though. The ? is a blend that I made up. I like it a lot. Looking forward to your thoughts on it.

If I feed my tabby some coffee cherries will it be the same as civet poo coffee?

A little poo won’t hurt you. Hell it might add some chocolate notes. Depends on if the civet ate chocolate I guess.

Just curious, what is everyone’s favorite coffee bean from legacy farms? I usually get the honey processed lempira but have also had the red bourbon and I am not sure what I want to order next.

The colander I am using stretches over my sink so most of the mess goes in the sink. It’s a lot cleaner and less Smokey than the popcorn popper.

I am also pulling the drum. I dump it in a colander and stir to cool. I don’t see how it could ever cool down just spinning in the roaster.

I made 4 quarter pound roasts in the Behmor this weekend. 2 were good, 1 was Starbucks quality nastiness, and one got ruined by the auto shut off function because I wasn’t paying attention. Overall though.... it will roast. Yeah I watch too much forged in fire.

I still have about 2 lbs of the Honduras and the Behmor came with an 8 lb sampler so I think I have room for error :). Any tips on roasting?
