I couldn't give up brewing, and definitely couldn't give up drinkin' beer. The two go hand in hand, kind of, you can't brew beer and not drink it!

Oh, and I forgot to mention. I primed with honey, so could that be part of the problem? Since I know honey can be inconsistent in sugar levels.

Even if I stirred it around for about 15-20 seconds? It took me about 25-30 min to do all my bottling. First time bottling, normally keg. So I guess some of the priming sugar could fall towards the bottom?

I us a one that is a little over 4 gallons, only use about 3.5 gallons at most of the capacity, and just add water at the end to make it 5 gallons. SO far everything has worked out just fine. I need to buy a bigger one though, makes everything easier!
