    SNPA metallic flavor

    good info. I too have noticed a metallic taste to SNPA, and hardly ever drink it anymore. It's been hit or miss, but sometimes I put it in a pint glass, and sometimes I dont. i'll make sure to always throw it in a glass.

    i have put mine in the same way, free floating for 2 weeks when i rack to the secondary... Does anyone do multiple hop additions through your secondary fermentation time? I have read about this- esp for DIPAs.

    I have read that when transferring your fermented beer from the primary to the secondary- if you splash it around vs. gently transferring, you will end up with not as good of a beer. why is this so? I just realized that i took my first brew and did that (poured it aggressively) so on my next...
