I went by my moms house. She has some Caramel coffee syrup she doesn't like, and asked me if i wanted it. As i was saying yes, i was simultaneously thinking "How will this taste as a priming sugar or back sweetener?"
The next 2 of 3 labels. I haven't decided what beer to brew in two weeks (payday). The Riesling Wine/label is for my dad's surprise birthday party in January.
Left: Hard Cider Middle: Honey Bee American Light Ale Right: Riesling wine. I love opening the door to the fermentation chamber...it smells soooo freaking good.
Update: The fermentation chamber is completed and working beautifully. It is holding it's first brew, a Cream Ale. Temp set at 18.5C with a 0.5 differential.
This day has finally arrive :D. My first brew, a India Black Ale. I popped it open approx. 1 hour ago. It's been 13 days since bottled. It's pretty good, but it's still very "green". I'll try another one in 1 week.
