Yeah mine turned out pretty good. The All Amarillo I made from the recipe section was much better IMO.

Yeah, mine has been bottle conditioning for about two weeks. I know it's early, but I wanted to try a bottle yesterday, and ended up drinking two; it's good stuff!

I'm using 750ml btls, so I think I'm going to go four weeks.

IPA conditioning at 72 DF.

Het, how long do you guys let your bottles carb up before you put them in the fridge?

Just the burner, I have a stand that I think will work. I did my first all grain a couple of weeks ago and the burner I have took forever, it was so slow, I used my weed burner to assist. I want to do another batch,but, not until I address this issue.

I have a small burner on a turkey fryer and was looking to upgrade to Banjo BG-14; anyone thoughts on this burner? Also, what regulator should I purchase for it?
