    Does everyone know that you can still watch the episodes? All you do is watch the join video and it will provide a link to the newest episodes. I have told Gary multiple times via facebook and here and he still hasn't fixed it so I guess that means I dont have to join.

    When to pull Hops out of wort ?

    I have a large mesh collander(spelling?) that I use to strain my wort after it has cooled. My proven and scientifically backed theory is that the collander(again spelling?) also helps with aerating the wort. The science behind my theory cannot be explained or proven it just is.

    I love the internet. I live in the quad cities and iowa still allows smoking in casinos not bars. I am a non smoker that loves going to smoke free bars. The problem is I only love it about 6-10 times a year

    homebrew packs a wallop

    I seem to get drunk faster when it's someone else's homebrew. I don't keg but my buddy does. then again maybe it has something to do with drinking from a keg

    I think the wealth of knowledge contained on this forum and in a simple Google search will nix any pay site unless the quality is waaaay over the top. No offense but I won't be viewing anymore.

    One of my buddies suggested a base name for my beers and I think it sounds good but at the same time kinda cheesy. My first name is Reza. He thought Reza-glass (as in raise a glass) what does everyone think?

    Thank you all very much for the input. Unfortunately this is all I have locally. This coming Saturday is the only day I have for about a month to brew so I am on a deadline. I will adjust the recipe accordingly. Thanks again
