Like trainsafe said. The breaker is only there to protect the wire. It isn't suppose to protect the equipment you are using, that would be an overload device. The 20 amp circuit (20 amp breaker wire and outlet) is what your cooler needs. We never install 15 amp circuits in new or old homes...

I can fit four 6.5 gallon carboys in my freezer but I have started fermenting in kegs. If you are using buckets I can fit four tall skinny buckets but only two short fat ones, like the ones you get from Austin.

I use a stand up freezer. Will hold two 15.5 gallon kegs with room on the sides for one gallon jugs of mead.

I let it sit on the element. 50' of 1/2" hasn't bent the element yet. Also the element won't damage the chiller while boiling either.

Good job catching the relay wiring. Its all easy to do wrong. The one wire in the wrong place is what tears up equipment and shocks people. What country are you in? Don't forget to double check the wiring in your cord cap.

Sorry if this is a double post. It looks like the your fan and the circuit board at the top of your box is on the load side of your ssr. If they are then you will want them wired off the switch. I may be looking at it wrong though. What is the fans voltage rating? Is that an amp meter?
