It’s probably fine. I’ve stored homemade starter in mason jars for over a year with no issues and I’m sure the qc wherever that fast pitch is made is better than my lazy method

I use colored electrical tape on my co2 lines and serving lines to make them easy to trace around the keeper when they get all twisted around each other
