    If it were me (and I couldn't wait) I would bump the ferm temp up 4 degrees and see what happens. I would also double check my temp gauge.

    I get perfect pours on this stout at 11psi. My IPA next to it is perfect at 8psi. How high is your tap related to the top of your keg?

    I have a great chocolate stout on tap. Problem is, I didn't get all the suspended cocoa powder out of it. It kind-of ruins the mouthfeel of the beer. I ran a sample through a mesh filter and it worked beautifully. Question is - how would you recommend filtering 5 gallons of carbed up beer...
