    I just stumbled onto a page about bullion hops here Bullion Hops Profile According to the site this hop is only grown on about 100 acres in the us and that some brewers think it to be extinct. Not to bad for 55 cents an ounce.

    Sounds like a got a pretty decent deal then. By the way. I stopped in at my LBHS and bought some "Bullion" hops for 55 cents an ounce. Their LD Carlson brand and the package says that they have 9.6 AA. Anyone heard of this hop before?

    Stainless or Aluminum

    I have never used aluminum for beer but i have used it for different things ( apple butter, etc..) and i can tell you it leaves a distinct metal flavor you most likely wouldn't want in your beer. I would go with either stainless steel or copper.
