    I just did 2 Mosiac Promise clones, one with 1450 and the other with 1272. The 1272 was a tastier beer, both good, but 1272 was the winner.

    I've drank it 2 weeks after kegging and its fine, it just gets better the longer it lagers. i usually try to wait 30 days, but sometimes I get thirsty. Do you have the room to refrigerate you bottles after conditioning ?

    What yeast are you planing on using ? If using Wyeast 2565, I would ferment at 60-62, then ramp to 68.

    i added 1/2tsp of DAP to 2 litres of a yeast starter.

    Not sure the problem, but you really only need to rehydrate dry yeast.

    I bought most of my parts at radio shack. Big project box, 12 v power supply, 120mm fan, rocker switch, and rheostat. Epoxied a big ass magnet to the middle of the fan and mounted the fan in the box as close to, but not touching the lid, as possible. A 5 liter flask is bigger than the box but...

    Looks like it has air trapped under it. It's really hard to screw up as long as you are half way sanitary.

    Not sure about water, I use carbon filter and campden tap, but all I do is a 60 min. boil.

    Robobrew Again

    It will recirculate helping mash temperatures to stay even, you can whirpool, you could pump through a chiller, and you can pump your wort out to your fermenter. Worth while in my opinion.

    What All Grain Method Do You Use?

    Well, I have had a few systems over the years. Currently I have a 3 vessel electric capable of 12 gallon batches, a recirculating ebiab, capable of 17 gallons, and finally a grainfather, which I use the most. Need to sell some stuff.

    Its says in the OP to add the limeaid after vigorous fermentation subsides. And ferment for a minimum of 3 weeks.
