It's pretty much about the dme to water ratio. Initially I find the more vigorous the boil the better to get a good hot break but then I turn it down a bit to just maintain a rolling boil. I also don't aerate. Or at least not intentionally. Every once in a while I'll do it just because why the hell not. But 95% of the time I don't. Never really noticed a difference.

Strawberry doesn't come through very well so if you really want the strawberry flavor I would probably drop the Crystal and maybe scale back the honey to about 5 pounds and double the strawberry. That's my opinion.

Been a few weeks since I've posted. Took the family camping for memorial day weekend. It was rainy and a bit chilly the entire time but we still had a great time just being together. Been pretty busy with work so it was nice to just shut it all off and enjoy each other's company.
