BREWER'S EDGE® SPACE HEATER @ Williams Brewing
Does anyone have any experience with these heater? I'm thinking of adding one to my dual stage Love controller in my fermentation cabinet.

I was at Kmart today and picked up two stainless steel mixing bowls with a 13" diameter for $7 bucks a piece.
fyi - I'm stealing the wok lid idea and replacing it with SS lids.
Can you measure the exact diameter of the wok covers?
The diameter of my keg holes are 12.25 and my 12.5" lids are too small. Apparently they fit a 12.5 inch pot but not a 12.5" inch hole.

I building my rig right now and I'm debating whether to go NG or stay with propane.
I have 185,000 BTU Bayou burners in my current setup with wind shields. I brew outside so wind performance is a factor for me.
So you drilled out all the holes on a burner like this?

Yep, the oaked hop wallow was good.
I'm been drinking the Saison and using the 750 bottles for my Belgians.
If the St. Victorious came in the 750 ml bottles, I'd buy a case of that too.

Are you using the multi jet burners? Are you getting the yellow flame - soot problems as well?
BlindLemonLars - Do you brew in an area with wind? How do the hurricane burners hold up ?
I heard Peter Bouckaert (New Belgium's brewmaster) speak and he said that Fat Tire is not a Belgian strain. He also said La Folie came from an infected keg of Fat Tire.
I received a replacement stone from Liquid Bread. They examined the stone I sent back and stated it was not rust but a discoloration of the stone from exposure of spots of heat during the boiling process.
They are going to change the product documentation to make sure the stone is stirred why...
Could I get a picture of this open with the cornies in it?
Or if someone has this one - White Frigidaire 8.8 cu. ft. Chest Freezer - Model# FFN09M5HW.
I'm hoping to fit 6 ball lock and the co2 tank in the 8.8 freezer with a small collar if necessary.
