Pollination tables for ancient English and French cider apple and perry pear varieties?

Just stumbled upon this website with great information about pollination partners. I'll see if I can distill a useful format from its information. Blakeney Red is just one of the many varieties listed with pollination partners. https://www.keepers-nursery.co.uk/searchpolpartner.aspx?id=BLAKRD

Pollination tables for ancient English and French cider apple and perry pear varieties?

Great list! Thanks for posting. However flowering at the same time does not mean being able to pollinate one another.

Pollination tables for ancient English and French cider apple and perry pear varieties?

I cannot find any compehensive pollination tables of old varieties, especially English and French. Do they exist? And if so, where can I find them?

How about this one? Rollers are adjustable. Does 200 kg/hr. Not that I am going to crush that much but seems efficient. You can even fit the thing with an electrical drill. https://www.fischer-lahr.de/Handbetriebene-Obstmuehle

What do you guys think of this apple shredder?

I have seen videos of an insinkerator grinder in use. Apples had to be pushed into the insinkerator one by one with a stick.

Looks like the Maximizer's pulp has rather large apple chunks in it. What is its juicing efficiency?

If you can use PayPal to pay for it I do not think you have to worry about reliability. I once bought something from a Czech vendor who never sent the item and got my money back.

How about keeving? Or racking the fermenting juice a couple of times?

What do you guys think of this apple shredder?

Thanks for your replies, guys. 2 problems: I do not have the skills to make something like that myself and insinkerators are not allowed here. I really need to buy something. I now work with a Pulpmaster. Works reasonably well but is pretty labour-intensive.

What do you guys think of this apple shredder?

I am looking for something cheap and cheerful. Unfortunately the area I live in does not have a cider and juice tradition so most stuff that's on offer on the bay is at least 5 or 6 hours by car from here. I like the vintage stuff a lot.

What do you guys think of this apple shredder?

Found this on YouTube. Looks like it produces very small apple shreds. Do modern-day fruitmills give similar results?

Fermenting small batch in larger fermentor

You want as little oxygen as possible on top of your juice. Oxygen causes oxidation of the juice and gives unwanted bacteria and fungi a chance to live in and on your juice.

43 hours and the yeast already settled down... should i rack it? and other questions

Baker's yeast isn't the most suitable for making cider. You can juice a small amount of any fruit, preferably but not necessarily organic, add it to the store-bought juice and let the yeasts naturally present on their skins do the fermentation. Sounds like you live in a country where figs grow...
