    Looking to brew this this weekend can't find UK malts in my area anyone sub black patent malt 500 SRM for the Thomas Fawcett Chocolate malt 509 SRM what would be the difference in flavor or should I just go with US Chocolate malt 350 SRM.

    direct heat or heat air in fermentation chamber

    What do you all think I have a small chest freezer fermentation chamber and the space heater takes up too much room (can only get one bucket in so if I change the heat source I could get another in) so I was thinking of going with some flex watt stuff also the hair dryer could be a good option...
