    This doesn't have anything to do with "home brewing" but I have a relative that's flying in from Florida and I live on the northwest, said they would bring me some goodies I can't get here.... Some flying dog is on my list any other suggestions? Beer style is of no importance.. I love it all ;-)

    Oh! I was looking at that blonde ale and I tell you what...a rye beer sounds delicious, I haven't made a rye beer before. I am still limited to extract batches though. Good suggestions :)

    I am a very easy to please lol. Not a fan of Kölsch though. Something light definitely sounds good. I did a cascade pale not to long ago. I'm a huge fan of browns, Belgians, Irish reds, and I do love me an ipa ;) if your ever in the Oregon area you should try Bone Yard Brewing's "Hop Venom" it...

    A co worker and myself got on the topic of berry beers today and came to a general con censes that a brew pub chain here in oreygone has a amazing raspberry one called Ruby. It got me thinking about some awesome blackberries I picked last season sitting in my freezer, anyone make any good beers...

    massive blowoff...

    Thanks for the speedy replies! I don't have the equipment on hand to do the blow off tube...didn't think I would need it with as much headroom as I would have in the bucket. So i'll just pop the lid and leave it on bucket until it slows, keep an eye on it, then re secure it
