    Ok, I have forgotten priming sugar, santize siphoning lines, Forgot lots of timing for boils ex. hops! always forget to make yeast starter. Also dropped toothpick into fermenter (yes, its was in mouth), forgot to strain hops. cooled wort in garage overnight! and still I brew and like it. Soo...

    In my opinion and Im no expert by any means period. There is a very sour smell in the primary and a dark sinester look, is that where yours is ? The primary that is. As far as a food boune illness it wouldn't be responsible to say with out further knowledge of your beer. I hope this helps...

    ok. noeb's first batch. started with 2.5 gallons apple juice from the local walmart. Im as excited as my first brew! Cant wait to try this in three months? Will it be ok if I keep it in primary? I know that sounds crazy maybe time to purchase a second secondary?
