    My experience with nottingham bry-97 "West Coast" ale yeast.

    I brewed an APA yesterday with this yeast. Pitched at 65F, I have active fermentation in less than 24 hours. We'll see how quick it finishes.

    keg carbonation help

    You're probably not really overcarbed based on the temp and pressure you had on the keg. Your problem is that your beer line needs to be much longer. Start with 8-10 ft of 3/16 beer line. If it pours too slow, cut the length back half a foot or so until you find the right balance of speed/foam.

    3711 is quick, and at that gravity, it's done. If the beer is not as clear as you'd like, just wait another week or so. No need to transfer to secondary.
