    Tunis for all the help here is the origenal receipt 7 lbs weyermann Munich II Malt 2 lbs weyermann carahell 2 lbs American 6 row Yeast 3538 This is what they sold me 7 lbs 6 row 2 lbs caravinne 2 lbs belg Munich .5 lbs crystal 80 White labs belgine ale yeast

    I was at my lHBS last weekend and I was picking up the ingridents for a Red Ale the recipet called for 7 lbs of Weyermann Munich II.     help with sparging

    It may be a little to late to help but after you sparge take a sample of grain from the center of your grain bed and taste it to see if you are leaving any sugar behind.
